again this july the daily photo gallery will be monochromatic. it's true to my photographic roots and it works well with the season. instead of being enamored with the colors of the scene, it forces me to look more closely at the composition.

interestingly, july has been one of my most consistent months for posting DP's, having only missed saturday 26Jul08. july also contains 'non photography day', and i'm sure that i won't comply again this year.
